1. Do you ship overseas?
Ans: Yes we do ship to anywhere in the world, i.e., we ship worldwide.

2. What is the shipping charge to ship to a country outside Singapore?
Ans: The shipping rates varies according for different countries and are also dependant on the type/weight of merchandise selected in your shopping cart. The shipping rates are calculated automatically from our online store system when you check out of your shopping cart system. However, you are required to register an account with us which is free, in order to see the shipping charges.

3. Can I self-collect from the store for items that cost below $100?
Ans: No self-collection point is available at the moment as we are a 100% based online registered company and we do provide free delivery for local customers in Singapore for with minimum purchase order of $100.

4. Do you have a store in Singapore for our visit?
Ans: We are currently a 100% based online registered company and has no physical store for walk-in customers. All our products are displayed online only.

5. How do I make payment for purchases ordered through online?
Ans: Payment options will be given upon check-out of your shopping cart system before completing your order. Current payment options available are cash on delivery (COD) or by credit card via Paypal.

6. How long will the delivery be made once an order has been placed?
Ans: For local customers, delivery of the orders placed will usually be delivered within 1-3 working days, subject to stock availability. However, we reserve the right to advise the customers should there be a delay in the delivery timing due to unforseen circumstances or no stock availability. Please note that the delivery timing may be delayed to 3-5 working days during or before any festive season.
